Al Duhail handball team succeeded in achieving its second victory in the handball general league for men after it won over Al Shamal

Al Duhail handball team will face Al Shamal team tomorrow at 6:30pm on Al Duhail main stadium ,  in the second round of general handball league for men .

 The draw of the World Cup for the champions clubs for handball ( Super Globe ) , which will be held in Jeddah next October

The club management succeeded in completing the procedures of its contract with the handball goalkeeper of the Tunisian national team Marouen Maggaiz , who will join Al Duhail handball team instead of the goalkeeper Abdelmalik Selahji who apologized for not completing his contract due to family circumstances.

Al Duhail handball team delegation that is crowned with the title of the 23rd Asian handball championship which was held in Jeddah , arrived this morning to Doha .

The Serbian coach Goran Dzuka described the team's coronation with the Asian Championship title as deserved, and the coach said in a statement to the club's official website : " We went through the championship with strong determination and our goal was clear, which is to crown with the title, and this is what the players helped me with by their strong performance in all the matches they played and the victories they achieved and they deserve it "

Mansour Al Sharshani, director of the handball team, confirmed that the team succeeded in winning the handball Asian Championship for the Champions League clubs despite the difficulties it faced in the middle of the constant pressure of matches and Al Sharshani said in a statement to the club’s official website : " I congratulate His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa Bin Hamad, the club’s president, and Mr. Khalifa Khamis Al Sulaiti vice president of the club and Mr.Adnan Al-Ali the club executive director and Nawaf Al Moudadi head of the handball apparatus, and his deputy, Adel Yaqoub, on the achievement of the team and the coronation with the Asian championship title for the third time in its history, after an exciting and strong match against Al Kuwait Kuwaiti team during which our players were able to prove their strength and and crowned with the title "

The player Ahmed Madadi captain of the team, described his team’s victory in the handball Asian Championship for the third time time as a historic achievement and Madadi said in a statement to the official website : " Thank God for this great and honorable achievement for us and the Qatari Handball and our happineess is big with this new deserved achievement where we presented a great edition from the biginning of the championship till reaching the podium, all players, technical and administrative staff and officials contributed in achieving this great title "

The president of the handball device Nawaf Al Moudadi expressed his happiness for the team’s cronation with the Handball Asian Championship for the Champions League clubs , which the team achieved this evening against Al Kuwait Kuwaiti team and Al Moudadi said in a statement to the club's website : " We congratulate His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa Bin Hamad the president of the club , and Mr Khalifa Khamis Al Sulaiti the vice president of the club and Mr Adnan AlAli the club executive director , who gave us all the necessary support in order to win the title of this championship " .
